After living in China for nearly five years, we have compiled a long list of our favourite Chinese dishes. For our menu, we worked together with our expert chefs to select exceptional fare from all regions and corners of China. The recipes we have collected range from Grandmother Liu’s treats all the way to the finest imperial cuisine.
We only use the freshest ingredients, when possible from the region, to create a firework of flavours and scents for our guests. Moreover, we do everything we can to import the best spices and sauces that are only available in China.
Cooking and working in harmony with nature is one of our top priorities. That is why, unlike most other Asian restaurants, we never use MSG or meat tenderizers such as baking soda.
